As former Vice President of Healthy Living for the second-largest YMCA in the country, she led innovation across 27 locations and helped teams connect wellness programming, member engagement, and operational execution.
In 2019, Cassie founded Give Consulting Group to help nonprofits, for-profit companies, startups, and wellness operators turn strong ideas into practical growth strategies, stronger teams, and deeper customer belonging.
