• When the meeting is recorded, it is, at the host's choice, stored either locally on the host's machine or in our Give Consulting Group cloud. We have robust and validated access controls designed to prevent unauthorized access to meeting recordings saved to the Give Consulting Group LLC cloud.
• Give Consulting Group LLC collects only the user data that is required to provide and improve the Give Consulting Group LLC services and experience, including technical and operational support and service improvement.
• We do not use data we obtain from your use of our services, including your meetings, for any advertising. You have control over your cookie settings when visiting our marketing websites.

To provide you with products and services, Give Consulting Group LLC may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

• First and Last Name
• Email Address

We do not collect your personal information unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide personal information when you elect to send us an email message or agree to enroll in newsletters, marketing, or business materials.

In this instance, we will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you concerning the services and products you requested. We may also gather personal or non-personal information in the future to assist our teams in providing optimal services.
